We want you to be a customer for life and refer other people to us for great apparel. We love what we do and your satisfaction is more important than anything.

We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order. All apparel items must be unworn, unlaundered and undamaged to be eligible for return.


Fit & Sizing

When ordering Rare and Worn apparel, please make sure to look at our size charts!  The T-Shirts we sell are the best quality, softest tees made. But they do run small (for most, but not all people). Our size charts are located on every product page of what we sell.  

What if an item ends up not fitting? No problem. Let's get you hooked up with the proper size. What good is Rare and Worn apparel if you can’t enjoy it?  CONTACT US for resolution. Please make sure to let us know what size you need.

Issues with size must be reported within 30 days from the date which you placed your order.

If you end up needing to return an order, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping

Packages Returned Due to Address Issues

If a package is returned to us because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, we'll be happy to refund you for the item(s) once they arrive back to us in good condition. However, original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping costs (if any) are also not covered.

If you'd prefer to have your order re-shipped instead, we can absolutely do that — we’ll just contact you for the new shipping cost.

Damaged Items

We guarantee that your Rare and Worn apparel will be as you ordered and undamaged. However, while it is incredibly rare, unfortunately mistakes or damage can happen sometimes. For the fastest resolution, please REPORT THE ISSUE. We will confirm the issue with you and immediately send out a replacement.

This covers you for things like receiving a garment with a hole, a tear, a stain, an issue with the print/ink, or receiving the wrong design, or size ordered, by accident. 
 

Changed Your Mind  or  Your Mother Doesn’t Like It

If you receive our T-Shirt, and for any reason are unsatisfied, just pay return shipping and a small $5 restocking fee, and we will immediately issue you a store credit for you to replace it with something more to your liking. We want you to be happy with every purchase. To start a refund process, please REPORT THE ISSUE. We will confirm the issue with you and confirm the return.
